Overview

Safari's built-in features and configuration options help your company ensure compliance with your legal processes and company policies.  See the outline below of the features and configuration options to help you maintain compliance (includes links to help pages and detailed guides where available).  

For all requests, you can:
  1. Ensure you don't overlook any served docs and also meet all deadlines
  2. Automate error-prone manual steps
  3. Configure alerts for lack of jurisdiction and domestication (see Setup - Subtypes)
  4. Set controls on matter access and user permissions
  5. View audit history
  6. Produce comprehensive reports for oversight and audit readiness
For subpoenas, you can:
  1. Ensure your document storage and delivery comply with privacy and info sec requirements 
  2. Track RPFA compliance with reportable fields specific to financial institutions (download RFPA Compliance Guide at bottom of page)
  3. Track PCI compliance for document requests requiring storage of credit-card information
  4. Set BSA notification workflows (see Setup - Subtypes)
For garnishments, you can:
  1. Use templates for required legal notices
  2. Get alerts for exemption tracking and compliance specific to issues raised in the CFPB order (download the Garnishment Compliance Guide at bottom of page)
