Safari has developed a dedicated portal for government agencies to serve electronic levies in PDF format. Key features of this portal include: access control for registered agencies only, service limitations based on authorized jurisdictions, and built-in AI data extraction for all served levies.

What is the portal address?

Can any agency submit levies via the portal?
No, only agencies that are "Registered" agencies can access and submit levies via the ServePort Agency Portal. If you would like for an agency to become registered, contact your Safari Customer Success Manager.
Can non-agencies access the portal?
No.
Can a Registered Agency serve levies on my financial institution if they are not in my state?
No, a Registered Agency can serve levies on your financial institution only in those states in which you authorize service for an Entity. To configure service on an Entity, edit the Entity setup page.
An important agency is not Registered to use the portal? How can I convince them to become registered?
There are multiple advantages for agencies:
- Eliminate paper
- Eliminate costs of printing and mailing
- Immediate service
- Agencies can upload multiple PDFs at one time so the entire process takes about 1 minute
- Agencies receive an immediate confirmation of receipt
Safari also has materials that you can send to agencies to encourage them to become registered. Please contact your Safari Customer Success Manager for more information.
What paperwork is required to receive an agency's levies via the portal?
Your institution must sign an "Appointment of Safari SOP as Financial Institution Agent for Electronic Service of Process Exchange." For more information, see Levies - Agency Electronic Levies.
Does Safari perform data capture on levies submited through the ServePort Agency Portal?
Yes, we capture all the same data as is available in an X9.129 electronic levy.
