Invoicing - Paywall & Tracking Payments

Invoicing - Paywall & Tracking Payments

Overview

Safari processes payments using Stripe Payment Processing.  When an issuer pays using the paywall, the funds go to an account managed by Safari.  Each month, Safari transfers funds to the account you've specified and sends you a reconciliation statement.  You can view the specific fund transfer terms in your company’s Safari service agreement.

Tracking and Reporting Payments

You can track payments in three places:
  1. Delivery Details section – Once you've opened the portal for delivery, you can view all activity on the portal in the Delivery Details section of the matter, including credit-card payment date and time.
  2. Billing section – View prepayment, check #, and paywall credit card payment in the Billing section of the left-side panel.
  3. Reporting-All Data Export – Download all payment information, including all information in the Billing section, dates, credit card processing fees, etc.
