Safari Owners or Admins can create Subfolder Groups in the system Setup.  Under the Matters heading, select Subfolder Groups.  Within Subfolder Groups, Owners or Admins can create a +NEW Subfolder Group with a naming convention describing the function of the folder, where users can find them, and which contain as many Subfolders as required.

For example, as part of your workflow, you may require Bank Statements, Account Screenshots, Receipts, Purchase Orders or other routine documents.  Safari lets you create Subfolder Groups that can indicate the materials required for your users to gather. The Subfolders can be Subtype- and Primary Folder-specific, enabling you to organize materials for Subpoenas or Garnishments Subtypes, in Collection or Correspondence folders, for example.
