Overview

If your company employs CSC or CT Corporation as your registered agent, Safari offers the capability to automatically download served documents and their associated data directly from these agents. To activate this feature, please reach out to your Safari Customer S Manager.

Note that you cannot edit any of the data.  If you need any changes made, contact your Safari Account Manager.

What is the "Catch-All Safari Subtype"?  When you set up a feed, you designate for Safari how to map one or more of the "Registered Agent Types" to the Safari Subtype.  However, sometimes, the Registered Agent sends Safari a Type that is not expected.  In that case, Safari opens the matter using the designated "Catch-All Safari Subtype."
