Login and Passwords

The Safari Login page is:  app.safarilaw.com.

Browser Requirements

Safari supports and is optimized for the latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.  Older versions or other browsers may function properly for many features, but Safari does not test them.  Because of security concerns and other limitations, Safari does not permit you to access Safari with Microsoft IE 11.

You didn't receive the New User Email

Single Sign On (SSO) enabled:  Go to app.safarilaw.com and enter your work email.
SSO not enabled:  Go to app.safarilaw.com and click the "Don't remember your password?" link.  You can then enter your email address to receive a reset password email, which enables you to log in.

Passwords

Companies with Single Sign-On (most companies)

Your Password is your Company Network Password.  Go to the login page (app.safarilaw.com) and enter your email address.  You'll know that SSO is enabled if you immediately see "Single Sign-On Enabled" on the login page after entering your email address:

Notice that this Safari page doesn't require a login, but you'll be directed to your network login to enter your company's network password.
What is SSO?  Safari does not maintain a password for you, and instead leverages your company's network for authentication.  In other words, your company’s network acts as the authentication/password system.

Companies without Single Sign-On

Password Requirements.  Safari requires that the password be a minimum of eight characters and have three of four of the following:
  1. lower case
  2. upper case
  3. number case
  4. special character – !@#$%^&*
Forgot User ID.  Your user ID is your company email address.
Forgot Password.  Only you and your company's Safari Owner can reset your password (Admins cannot reset passwords).  Go to the Safari login page (app.safarilaw.com), which has a link to request a password reset.  When you click the link, you're directed to enter your email for Safari and if it's a valid one, Safari sends you a reset password email.
