Detailed Info - Safari-Sent Emails

Emails - "Sent by" and "Reply To" addresses

The Safari system sends you various emails based on certain actions or events.  This help page informs you how it sends those emails.  Specifically, what address is the sending address (called the "Sent by" address) and the "reply-to" address (the address that automatically populates in the "To" address field when the recipient of the email replies to the email).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If an email recipient has an out-of-office reply, it will be sent to the "Sent by" address, NOT the "reply-to" address.  Internet protocols set this, and Safari does not control it.

This is the default address.  Your company can also request a
slightly modified email, although the domain cannot change.  For example, Safari can set up emails to be no-reply@[company].safarisop.com and
no-reply@[company].secure-share.com.
