Corresp. - Fax Cover Page & Attachments
Overview
When sending a fax Correspondence, you can add one or more PDF attachments (total file size limit of 25MB). For example, if you need a form filled out to release certain types of records (e.g., IRS Form 8821 for release of taxpayer records), you can attach that to the fax Correspondence.
Other Notes:
- Only Owners and Admins can create templates with attachments. The PDF documents must be attached when creating the Correspondence in a Matter.
- Safari automatically creates a cover page that includes the body of the fax template. Any attachments will be on the following pages.

Attaching Documents
Click the Browse button to navigate to the PDF document(s) you want to attach. Or you can add attachments by dragging documents to the drop zone. Note that once you attach a file, you cannot edit the file name.
